Grief and Loss![]()
Losing someone we love reaches our deepest pain. Learning about the normal, necessary process of grief and mourning can help. I have learned from my experiences and my training that we cannot go around the pain of our grief. We must go straight through it – lean into it and express it. Everyone grieves and everyone's grief journey is unique. I will provide a safe place for you to learn and feel supported throughout your unique grief journey.
